ELIXIR MULATA RUM

It is a product conceived starting from traditional natural and technical processes, with what has been achieved an aroma and peculiar bouquet able to delight to the most demanding palates.

All this has gotten ready starting from selected materials of our sugar cane, enriched with the contribution of a deep aging in barrels of American oak, sweetened and flavoured with grapes raisins that give them softness and pleasure.

Organoleptic features:

• Scent and flavor: Soft and very defined aroma product of the mixture of the matured rum and the grapes raisins. Sweet flavor and rumaroma typical of this type of drink, well balanced and defined.
• Aspect: Brilliant liquid in correspondence with their color, free of solids in suspension and silts.
• Color: 0.7 – 1.1 optic density units

Physical and chemical specifications.

• Percent of alcohol in volume at 20°C: 32 Gay Lussac degrees
• Total acidity: 1.86 g of acetic acid for 100 L of absolute alcohol.
• Soluble Solids: 10 Brix
• PH: 3.8 – 4.2

Format:

• Boxes of 12 transparent glass bottles of 700 mL each one

Serving suggestions:

Drinking it in a cold way is an excellent appetizer.
