MULATA AÑEJO RESERVA RUM

The production of the Mulata Añejo Reserva Rum is the result of mixing aged sugar cane spirit, Rums Bases, Demineralized water and Preservatives.

Organoleptic features:

  • Scent and flavor: Characteristic of the degree of quality and alcoholic content declared in the label, very balanced, free of scents and strange flavors.
  • Aspect: Translucent, free of turbidity, particles in suspension and silts.
  • Color: 0.6 ± 0.1 optic density units

Physical and chemical specifications.

  • Percent of alcohol in volume at 20°C: 38 ± 0.4 Gay Lussac degrees
  • Total acidity: 32 ± 6 g of acetic acid for 100 L of absolute alcohol.
  • Esters content: 30 ± 8 g of ethyl acetate for 100 L of absolute alcohol.
  • Higher alcohols content: 110 ± 10 g of Higher alcohols for 100 L of absolute alcohol.
  • Methanol: < 10 g of methanol for 100 L of absolute alcohol.
