MULATA AÑEJO RUM

The production of the Mulata Añejo Rum is the result of mixing aged sugar cane spirit, Rums Bases, Fine Alcohol A, Demineralized water and Preservatives

Organoleptic features:

  • Scent and flavor: Characteristic of the degree of quality and alcoholic content declared in the label, very balanced, free of scents and strange flavors.
  • Aspect: Translucent, free of turbidity, particles in suspension and silts.
  • Color: 0.45 ± 0.1 optic density units

Physical and chemical specifications.

  • Percent of alcohol in volume at 20°C: 38 ± 0.4 Gay Lussac degrees
  • Total acidity: 20 ± 6 g of acetic acid for 100 L of absolute alcohol.
  • Esters content: 22 ± 8 g of ethyl acetate for 100 L of absolute alcohol.
  • Higher alcohols content: 80± 10 g of Higher alcohols for 100 L of absolute alcohol.
  • Methanol: < 10 g of methanol for 100 L of absolute alcohol.

  • Boxes of 12 amber glass bottles of 700 mL each one
  • Boxes of 24 transparent glass bottles of 350 mL each one

Serving suggestions:

Excellent as digestive, it is enjoyed pure as an excellent Cognac. It can also waste away with ice.
