MULATA PALMA HIGHER RUM

The production of the Mulata Palma Higher Rum is the result of mixing aged sugar cane spirit, Rums Bases, Fine Alcohol A, Demineralized water and Preservatives.

Organoleptic features:

  • Scent and flavor: Characteristic of the degree of quality and alcoholic content declared in the label, very balanced, free of scents and strange flavors.
  • Aspect: Translucent, free of turbidity, particles in suspension and silts.
  • Color: 0.4 ± 0.1 optic density units

Physical and chemical specifications.

  • Percent of alcohol in volume at 20°C: 38 ± 0.4 Gay Lussac degrees
  • Total acidity: 8 ± 4 g of acetic acid for 100 L of absolute alcohol.
  • Ésteres content: 18 ± 6 g of ethyl acetate for 100 L of absolute alcohol.
  • Higher alcohols content: 38 ± 10 g of Higher alcohols for 100 L of absolute alcohol.
  • Methanol: < 10 g of methanol for 100 L of absolute alcohol.
