MULATA SILVER DRY RUM

The production of the Mulata Silver Dry Rum is the result of mixing aged sugar cane spirit, Fine Alcohol A and Demineralized water.
Organoleptic features:
Scent and flavor: Characteristic of the degree of quality and alcoholic content declared in the label, very balanced, free of scents and strange flavors.
Aspect: Translucent, free of turbidity, particles in suspension and silts.
Color: Colorless
Physical and chemical specifications.
- Percent of alcohol in volume at 20°C: 40 ± 0.2 Gay Lussac degree
- Total acidity: 5 ± 3 g of acetic acid for 100 L of absolute alcohol.
- Esters content: 11 ± 6 g of ethyl acetate for 100 L of absolute alcohol.
- Higher alcohols content: 30 ± 8 g of Higher alcohols for 100 L of absolute alcohol.
- Methanol: < 10 g of methanol for 100 L of absolute alcohol.

Serving suggestions:
It is the perfect cocktail mixer due to its short aging and flavor, the most neuter among all rum types. Ideal to prepare mojitos and daiquiris.
